Bertuccis has had a gluten free menu for a year or so, but I’ve always been dubious about it and have not gotten up the courage to give them a try.  I got the impression that they were trying to bandwagon in after Unos (which I wholly recommend, I have not had a bad food experience there) but didn’t really have the safe processes really set up.

Also, they don’t have GF pizza, so what’s the point?  You just get to sit watching others eating pizza while you eat your chicken or salad. Personally, I hate going to a place and watching other people eat what I really want while I’m stuck eating a mediocre “substitute.”

Has anybody had any experiences with them?
